Unlike mods setup, colors and gears setup data are stores locally in your PC. I learned it from playing in 2 different PCs, each had to be set up separately. It is annoying having saved settings erased from crashes but you can make backup copy of those files to prevent that.
Run "%localappdata%\warframe" and make copy of...
- the folder with long random numbers and alphabets, 1 folder per 1 account's settings that you logged in from that computer. (modified time will show the time you *last logged-in* on that account)
- Editor.cfg and EE.cfg are where your game option settings are saved.
