"Grindy" no longer procs when grinding

The +2 multiplier by landing on pipes, rails and other narrow things and proceeding to grind does not appear in the trick name bar and add to the multiplier now.

In addition, no sound is played when making the maneuver to grind upon pressing the crouch button.

Please fix.

In addendum, "fully charged jump" sound also no longer plays when charging jump on the ground. (it still plays if charging while grinding)
