Serration and Death Cube Machine Gun

I'm not sure if this is a bug.. the forum won't let me make a post there for some reason.

Anyway, I'm not sure if everyone else is having this same issue, but when I put Serration on my Death Cube Machine Rifle it doesn't actually boost the stats.  Other mods seem to work just fine, but for some reason my unmodded serration isn't doing anything for it.  I'm playing on the PS4 by the way and haven't bothered seeing if this is the case on PC.

Ok, so further news on this.  If I increase the mod by a single point then it starts to work normally, but simply doesn't effect the machine rifle when I apply a serration that's not been advanced.  That's interesting right?

FYI - you're logged into a PC Account so you can't make Threads in the PS4 section for your PS4 issue.
so uh, log into your PS4 Account.
