Sanctuary Onslaught Stuck in respawn animation

I was doing sanctuary onslaught with a group and when we reached zone 8 I got blown into the depths by a bombard (out of bounds on the map). But when I respawned, I got stuck into the respawning animation. Black screen, I kept hearing myself respawn, but couldn't do anything. /unstuck didn't help, I was unable to move, shoot or use abilities/operator. A few missions before, another player of our team also got stuck during SO, but it wasn't an out of bounds thing because the tileset had floors this time. He described the same problem, but I don't know if this relates to the same (respawning) bug or if there's another reason we get stuck in SO. (maybe it has something to do with an animation glitch during SO?)
