Literally the weapon of masters in its description.. It is the absolute best of the Nikana family when paired with a good riven... It's prime should be over comparable to Gram/Redeemer in stats.. They can nuke it's dispo if they want after that. A cool passive would be like every third strike hits twice, to reinforce it's speed. Little carried away thanks for that though.
