Need help logging in

Pc player, I have never uninstalled, I just downloaded The new Fortuna pt2 update, and upon logging in I am met with a "Verification" message, saying it will send a message with a code, I was like "That's new, but okay" so I wait for my code in my Email, which is gmail, and the code does not show up, I cant log in to the game, but the website works just fine. I am very worried that my account will be permanently inaccessible. Is anyone else having this problem? and I would solve solutions if anyones got any.

Are you sure the code is not being sent to the general inbox Gmail has and you're checking the focused one?

EDIT: Looks like the servers got a hiccup as well. Might be the cause for a delay in email.

I'm having this same exact problem.  I'm not getting an email.

In a sense I'm glad it's not just me, I was legit just playing the game via Steam fine, I reinstalled it on Discord so I could make use of my Nitro to get that free bundle and now I'm being hit with that Verification message now too with no emails being sent out.

This is actually exactly what happened with me as well.  Uninstalled from steam then reinstalled through discord.

Same issue here. It's the two-factor authentication messing up, I have no probs logging in with my other account that doesn't have that bs enabled

Yeah I checked all inboxes, It totally could be the server, I even tried to reset the password to see if it might fix it but no email for that either

Tbh I'll only be relieved when DE fixes the issue, preferably in a timely manner cuz I have stuff to do -___- (Sent a support ticket as well...but knowing their response time...)

Same problem since updating today.  from the website also if i try to enable two step verification it says it sending an email, but never does

Welp, on the bright side the more ppl have the issue the sooner they fix it....hopefully

UPDATE: try logging in again it just 'magically' worked o.O
