Are those two Magni your only Secondaries? Because if so, get a third Secondary (e.g. simply buy a Lato / Lex / whatever for Credits) then try again, as you can't craft away (or sell / trade) your last weapon of any category, there always needs to be a Primary, Secondary and Melee weapon ready to use.
