z3us32610 Posted January 5, 2019 Share Posted January 5, 2019 Ever since this last update, I can no. longer use Ciphers. I have 68 built in my foundry yet whenever I go to hack, the UI says I have zero in both warframe and operator mode. Not the biggest issue but for running Eidolons it really hampers efficiency and slows down general progress. I've tried verifying download cache multiple times to no avail. Please fix asap. All gear items? All of my other items haven't needed equipping but I will check that out, because I didn't check to see if they were equipped.
