Did not get my Trinity Prime from Twitch.

Hi! So i have a problem where i linked my Twitch Prime account (silver_huskey) with my warframe account (SilverHuskey) I waited 4 hours and i logged in and out and restarted my game, My friend joked that i should restart my router and PC so i did that too 😛 lmao. Anyway point is i still dont have my loot.

I know i did nothing wrong so i guess i need support to help me. I also want to mention i have completed Vors Prize. I am MR 12 and i have all the planets unlocked. So before anyone says something about that. That is not the issue.

I did it at my market table on the orbiter.

The issue is resolved the amazing support team was able to give me the following advice: (I am putting this here so anyone else who has this issue may hopefully find this thread and find this helpful! Worked 100%)

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing trying to redeem your Prime Loot.

It’s important to note that ‘Free Prime with Twitch Prime' is only available if you have a Twitch Prime membership, which is not available in all regions, please see Twitch Prime Guide for further details if this is available for you.

Make sure that you have properly unlinked ALL Warframe accounts linked to your Twitch account and only the account you want to receive the item with should be linked to Twitch.

We recommend you try the following, make sure to do Steps 1 and 2 first:

1. UNLINK your Twitch and Warframe accounts via https://www.warframe.com/twitch/unlink_action

2. DISCONNECT Warframe from Twitch via https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections

3. Reconnect your CORRECT Twitch account and Warframe account you intend to receive the items with, following the instructions on https://www.warframe.com/twitchprime

Once you have verified that your Warframe account is correctly linked to your Twitch Prime Account, you will need to visit your Twitch page and make sure you click on the CLAIM REWARDS button below the Warframe promotion.

If you are receiving any errors on the Twitch website, when attempting to CLAIM REWARDS or otherwise, we have to ask you to please contact Twitch's Support directly about this since we have no access to your Twitch Prime account.

If you have successfully ‘Added to Your Twitch Account’, your Prime Loot will be on its way to your Warframe account. Note that there is no message or notification that occurs informing you that they've been added to your inventory.

If you don’t see your Prime Loot in your account, you will need to log out of the game, close the game completely then relaunch and log into the game. This should add the Twitch Prime items directly into your inventory.

Please note that only the first Warframe account linked to a Twitch Prime account will receive the free Twitch Prime loot. Once you have logged in and the items were delivered to the wrong Warframe account, we are not able to transfer/move these items or reverse the process.
