Operator Bug on Orb Vallis??? (Attn to Devs and Forum)

Maybe this can be fixed next update. I included a few more bugs that we have encountered on Fortuna since the expansion dropped. Have only gotten around to recording and posting now. In the video - I show how my friend's operator form affects him being rezz'd and also how it leaves mirror images of his Nekros Prime around. There was also a point where his operator was sitting on the Nekros Prime's shoulder as the chest beam was shooting around. He has a high-tier amp and has gone through all the story line, up to date and all of that. So, why is this chest beam mess going on? It has also happened to me before as well as a few other clanmates. 

Towards the end of the video, there is the small list of other bugs, I will post them here too as an image. Please take the time, Devs, to check this out. It is indeed game breaking because can't get any true enjoyment out of the Vallis if we can't use our Warframes right...
