I also have 500,00 credits to spare. But the button to sacrifice and move up to General is still grayed out. I already restarted the game but to no avail. Please help. Murdah Posted February 28, 2019 Share Posted February 28, 2019 I am having a similar issue taking my Cephalon Suda and Arbiters of Hexis reps up from -1 to neutral. Since I have done this before I am able to click the next title button and even though it goes through the rank up animation, I stay at the same rank.
