Nora Night's Audio Getting Cut Off

Some of Nora Night audio that plays while on orbiter seems to get cut off quite often. “Nora tries, Dreamers. You know she does.”  line is one of them. The timing of audio cut off is different sometimes.

That line is tied to the Orbiter's radio and has a radius (distance) setting on it.  If you walk away from the radio it will gradually fade out.

Sometimes it cuts out when I standing right near the radio

It doesn't fade off. The audio just stops mid-sentence suddenly. Just like the reply above says, it happens when I'm standing right next to the radio.

I will get a footage when I encounter the same issue.

I recorded the instances of audio cutoff. I hope you will find these useful.

Additional info
I cannot pinpoint specific action or situation that triggers audio cutoff.
Timing varies, as these two are from the same instance I was in the orbiter. The first one happened right after you load into the orbiter, and the second one was after a few minutes of doing nothing. Some of the longer lines seem to get cut off rather consistently.
