also restart does not resolve the problem.

also somewhat noticeable filmgrain effect, despite having filmgrain off. (turned it back on, no apparent change, definitely bugged)

I have the same exact problem. Can confirm disabling bloom fixed it (but now I have to play with bloom off).

Some observations: Oberon's, eyes, clan emblem, Aseron emblem, champion sigil, Helios have this awful 'doubling' effect where a blurred mirror image is produced. Its not even a static effect and it becomes painful to see the effect contort violently along with the contrasting borders of the screen while idling with zero input.

Added intensity of bloom and captured resolution

Experiencing the same issue at the bottom and right side of the screen.

I cannot find the cause of it happening in missions, it seems kind of random there, but i've been able to replicate the bug by interacting with foundry on the ship.

Bars disappear after 5-10 secs

When I disable Dynamic Resolution the whtie bars go away, but im getting the same thing. Going to try to disable bloom see if that allows the use ofdyanmic resolution. rather have better fps than bloom...

Same here. Disabling dynamic resolution also fixed it for me. Thank you!

Same problem here. It also appears to be related to HDR and dynamic resolution, as turning either of those off removes the flickering lines as well.

Did you color your oberon for the cyst?
