Clients not loaded in time for relic selection after host migration

After the original host bails on an endless mission, the game transfers, and new host is presented with a "select a relic" screen and a 15 second timer...
...but, the other players who stayed in the squad are not loaded yet, so they miss out on relic selection.

The game needs to acknowledge slow load, and wait some moar.

Edit: Yes, I know we can drop to "work around it", but I can't find similar on other platforms, so this bug is unique to switch it seems.
