Ogris reverts, but still some things where good

I can understand people begin angry for lower damage and increased AoE but the semi automatic and the increased ammo pool was really nice, can we have the bigger ammo pool and a TOGGLE option between charged and semi? so people that are afrad to kill themself still have their safety mechanics.

I could get behind this change, so an upvote for you.

I would personally prefer if the modes were a little more different in some way. Maybe increased flight speed in charged mode?

As an Ogris enthusiast I'm leery of any big changes to the gun, but this sounds fine.

I'd really prefer a new weapon altogether for our semi-automatic rocket launcher, though.
