Since most recent update I get stutters every couple seconds

As per title since the most recent update every few seconds my client stutters which is super disorienting and makes doing more difficult stuff a pain since when it happens it forces me in place so everything focus fires me.

Not sure what could be causing the issue, doesn't happen with any other games, everything is on min settings, pc is clean and I've even tried a fresh install.

Would greatly appreciate any help as this is really killing my enjoyment of the game atm.

got a program similar to "Open hardware Monitor" to show the pc cpu temp and other funky stats just to see whats going on, maybe the pc is overheating and choking while doing so, Intel Turbo Boost is the usual suspect if you are overheating esp if you already cleaned out some layers of dust inside.
