Player to player or toxic reward claiming.

I guess game need some improvements like kick button with voting system or something like that.
Of course i know its not that easy technical and it sometimes can be abused to kick a normal player so definitely it should have a voting system.
And after kick it may have his own session (like when host migrates, and squad is lost.)

There is problem often that a few player come to high end mission like daily outing, but mostly problem is not to carry that player.

There a few boss killing missions that starts when all squad pass the boss launch point, but some players is just fun to spoil and make other players rage for waiting them or even special make them fall to enrage with stuff like if u "ask where are u?"  answering like "i have time to wait anyway u will carry me".
Of course mostly common player answer for situations like that is leaving the missions, but why 3\4 players should have doing this if someone are that much bastard to spoil game process for others , and as well those players more often are toxic as well (i know its sometimes like fun , to burn someone in rage, like trolling mod ).
But if there is used a voice chat , the player can even get a chat mute, because there is no logs of that was said, sometimes things are said in voice chat are pretty offensive.

Of course we can skip and leave, but may be there is some thing we can do about that, because playing solo or even with clan, makes game more less mmo.

Anyway mostly peoples here are friendly

A vote kick option would be abused. It's human nature.

In theory I guess it's a good idea but it will quickly turned into (imo) meta warriors checking profiles to kick those that don't fit what they think is needed and / or trolls starting kicks for the hell of it.

I would like a "leave as a squad" option when playing with 2-3 people so you don't have to leave and reinvite.

Yeah, you meet those players sometimes. As both you and death404 said, a kick option would be a solution but also the source of different problems, so won't happen.

In public matchmaking you don't have any control over who you'll play with, you can as well as count on an a-hole so you won't get mad when there really is one in the squad. If you don't want to deal with them, recruit or go in solo. There really isn't anything else you can do.
