NEW MELEE WEAPON IDEA

Ok so this is my opinion but i don't know. anyway i was thinking of a new melee weapon that is in the shape of a staff but has a sword like blade of equal length at both ends of the staff basically like a double bladed staff

We do already have some options for this. Not exactly the same, but similar. Have a look at Orthos/Prime, or Cassowar. The Dark Split Sword (Heavy stance) is also similar to what you are after, just not a Polearm. 

• I would not object to more weapons like this.

i see what you mean.But what i mean,is to more specific, like a new weapon but like the ones you suggests but with a different stance that would involve a weapon like a double bladed staff

Ah, so what you want is a new weapon class. Say, a 'Doubled Bladed Spear' class? I do quite like this idea. Although, that might be because I have spent the last few weeks playing a (different) game with one...
