Most of the "recovered" missions seem to be working and giving credit but the forma 3 items is not. I forma'd a kitgun - didn't get credit. Then I tried a sniper rifle - didn't get credit. after both it is still just 0/3 complete. forma's were applied in the ship arsenal. Then I said FU challenge thanks for wasting my formas.
