Do Plague Star rep\rewards would vanish after event's end?

Nope, it's essentially frozen until next time.

Whenever Plague Star returns your standing and rank will be there, right where you left off.

I don't believe so. I spent the last of my rep last night just to be on the safe side.

No you can not. Naka only have the operation supply option during PS event.
