Deffection Reward Drop Table

Hello fellow tennos i would like to ,more likely clear a confusion as for me and everyone else. Current im trying to farm harrow system i know that is in deffecetion mission with 2% drop on rot b and 7 on rot c. I googled and saw in wiki fandom that as of update 25.0  on rot c (lets say in phobos) there are no lith relics drops but instead there are neo or meso ( dont remember) also harrows is 11% now but  i still got lith instead of higher relis. How come? Is it a bug? Or not? Pls help me understand properly

Huh?

Phobos is Tier 1.

Tier 1 offers Lith relics on Rotation C. As the wiki says.

I don't even know what's unclear. It's all written very clearly on the wiki. Tier 1 (Phobos) Rotation C are all Lith. For Neo relics you need Tier 2 (Saturn) and for Axi relics you need Tier 3 (Neptune).
