Growing Power not functioning properly with Umbra

As a reference of what Growing Power does: 

When equipped on Umbra, the Aura only triggers for the Operator whether it be their Amps or Void abilities like Void Blast. It doesn't seem to trigger on Umbra while you're not using Transference and it of course doesn't activate when you have Umbra himself fighting alongside with you.
