Unable to report players due to button issues

making this since right now a user has been spamming the N word inside Trade chat on Xbox.
I go to click report, enter details of what he's doing, hit enter then plress X to confirm- it just pops up the message box again to put in details
fine I reenter what he did- i go to press X to confirm same issue on repeat.

It's currently impossible for me to report anyone for bad language, threats or other issues. 
I asked my clanmate who saw their message to; to try to report it as well, he had the exact same issue.
Clanmate's user name is ToastyChief

person spamming the N word's user is Justnormal135

Hopefully Digital Extremes looks into this and fixes the issue soon.
I've reported it to Xbox through his account but I doupt that will do anything.


As a side note it is possible that this bug is occurring on playstation as well but that's only a thought, not personally tested.
