Or go to Maroo's Baazar Relay on Mars.

Trade Chat is an option to but always make a price check on the Warframe market site before buying stuff from another player.

In Ps4 is in the trade part of the chat. But you need to have at least mastery rank 2

In trade chat if you ask for invite they can invite you to their dojo where it is possible to trade. Say that you are new to trading, most players are nice and will help you out through chat. If they are mean just leave and don't feel bad about leaving.

This right here. Dojos are the ideal place to trade as most have no trade tax added while Maroos Bazaar does not.

Definitely let the player know you are new to trading; majority of people will happily walk you through it. If you feel any unease about the transaction, at all, just leave. No explanation needed and there will be no negative repercussions.
