I'm glad it's worked out for you.

My experience has been vastly, vastly different.

So test, revisit, and test again.

So like for focus, unairu is a good pick for squishier frames because of defensive abilities. You have the added benefit of unairu wisp

Madaurai with VS is a good choice for your already tankier frames

Virtuous strike arcane for your operator, and the one that heals when u enter back into the frame will help.

Arcanes nullifier or grace or both

Use the umbral mods for the mod combo benefit and extra def against those powers. The list goes on. Determine which frame would benefit the most from what or what the frame u want to use benefits from. Itll happen, it just takes work

Starts around 14-19, but ramps up rapidly.

Was in a party with a new player, and within 10 minutes of searching for Iradite,
there were lvl 40s and eximus, 2 patches of ghouls, 3 dargyns, 2 thumpers, etc, etc.

I found myself just saying, "Woah, Woah! Slow it Down there! There's no level cap for this,
what is with all this endless nonsense?"

It was nonstop bloodthirsy mayhem. I was shocked.
Plains used to be pretty mellow until you went into a grineer zone,
and even then it was a nuisance at times.
That was before they shrunk things down.
More often than not while in the plains, you're in range of missile turrets.

Then night, with endless vomvalasts that new folks can't kill..
so you gotta go spoiler mode on em, which makes me feel bad.

Whole place is whack and hyper aggro. Super not fun.
I only go there for the bare minimum time to accomplish a mission,
unless I go to the 1 fishing spot I like, that rarely gets grineer activity.

Doesnt this depend on your location in the plains? I go in all the time to do conservation and I dont have this much of an issue.

Also, I dont know what spoiler mode is lol

But those drop from the Eidolons. o_O
It's all whack

That is true. U may have to start off with a group, conforming to the quip pro quo until you can collect what you need to make the battle your own. It might be frustrating to do but it comes very rewarding in the end when you can bring your own in there and have people in chat tell you how awesome your frame is. Or even when you can run it solo

Bingo.

So yeah, it can be overcome.
It's done in a way that confines your parameters very specifically.

The main issue this creates is, going into games with other players having this expectation.

If it's planned and coordinated, no problem.
If it's random public...
"Why are you doing this? Why are you built like this? Why aren't you doing that?!"

Which is what made raids problematic.

Not impossible.. but either unapproachable or cookie cutter meta builds for an exploit.
Fighting those eidolon feels like abusing an exploit.. and yeah, that has a role in game mechanics.
If you're only given a limited toolkit to work with and make it work.

This game is about varying expressive equipment that conforms to your personal style.
..So, look up this strategy guide outside of game, follow it step by step, etc.?
I think perhaps this bugs me more than many other players.

It's actually good to know other people aren't having as hard a time with this.
I think it's because they're willing to look up a cheat sheet, 'cause it doesn't feel like that to them..
Or they have good close friends to made this easy work, and everyone was up on their wikia.
Good friends can break videogames in amazing ways.
I don't want to break this fight.
I don't even want to fight it.
It's just daunting.. and I feel kinda bad for it.
It's like torturing a glowing tree that cries.. and pukes missiles...
and asks me to do what the cool kids do with expensive gear.

I can't deal with beating up that creature night after night to kill it, man.
Whole thing feels wrong to me.. from the process, to the equipment, to the reward.

I cannot imagine what a solo player who doesn't look up wikias goes through.
How would you know it's killable, and not just a threatening presence?

Yea but sometimes a compromise needs to be made in order to achieve a goal and its only temporary
