The spot where Roky is supposed to be in orb vallis either has him there and never activates no matter how many times you hit the interact button, or hes just not there at all and nothing shows up on maps. Not sure what you are saying here. You find Roky sitting there and you can't interact with them? For the second one, if there's no marker on the map, then there isn't a race at the location on that day. There are 22 total locations, but only 5 are active on any given day.
