Why does the stat chenge when i swap places of mods?

I was trying some builds on my Mesa when i just swaped the Mods "Transient Fortitude" and "Primed Continuity inside of my build.

As i did so my Duration was decreased by 1. But i did not change any mods or Acanes. Why does this Happen?

Its nothing huge but im just curious what could cause this "bug".

Since maxed Transient Fortitude has -27.5% duration I assume this is just the game rounding the numbers differently as ability stats don't show decimals. I don't think it should have any impact on performance.

First off... use hyper links a minimum. No one wants to cut and paste.

Second stats are rounded visually but not on the back end. Based on the decimals it could have been a .55 one way and a .54 the other. Making for the shift. Other posts have commented on this.

Honestly, I'm not sure these answers really get there though. Why would it be .55 on one and .54 on the other. It should still round the same each time?
