Excavation power core carrying

This one is short, sweet and simple - I want the option to sacrifice use of any weapon in order to carry a power core in each hand. This would be fantastic when running from the end of one excavation to begin another.

I've actually proposed the same already. Picking up a carryable item in one hand reduces you to one-handed secondaries. I'd like to have the option of picking up a carryable in the other hand and be locked out of offensive actions entirely while carrying two.

Operators can carry batteries, yes. However, they drop the battery if you switch back to your Warframe. It means you have root your Warframe and move with your Operator if you want to carry both, and that requires quite a few Waybound abilities to be even remotely feasible.

Honestly, though, I feel Warframe can do with more items to carry in more missions. People made fun of Payday 2 for being a "bag moving simulator," but having physical loot you had to secure to an extraction point yourself gave progression a far more tangible feel, while at the same time giving people SOMETHING to do besides camping a corner and shooting a marching band of enemies as they shoulder past a choke point.
