Possible Bow Bug

I have been having issues for some time now where my bow automatically fires once it is charged without me releasing my primary fire button in missions. It is almost acting like an auto-fire instead of a bow.  It does this intermittently as sometimes it won't do this then all of a sudden it will happen 2-5 time in a row then for the next 5-10 shots its fine again and then just reappears. 

I cannot replicate it in Captura mode and have yet to try and replicate it in Simulacrum.  I primarily use Dread but it is also doing this with the Artemis Bow on Ivara as well. I have also tried multiple mice as I purchased a new one due to this issue and it did not resolve the issue.

 

The problem I have with this is that it interferes with lining up head-shots or even just shots in general.

Please look into this.
