DarthIronclad
Cosmicam Stats (Normal/Prime) Health 300/300 Shields 300/300 Armor 250/300 Energy 225/300 Passive Cosmic Energy Cosmicam has a cosmic energy meter, which can be filled though using cosmic blast and will be used be cosmic link and cosmic storm. Filling the energy meter will grant Cosmicam a damage reduction,up to 75% when full. Ability 1 Cosmic Blast Energy cost 25 Lobs an orb of cosmic energy, imploding in impact, damaging enemies with radiation damage who are caught in a blast radius and knocking them down, enemies withing the radius of the implosion will be pulled in to the impact zone and ragdolled, but no damage will be done to them. Details Spoiler Damage 200/400/600/800 Every 100 damage done will charge the cosmic energy meter by 1% Implosion radius is 2m/4m/6m/8m Orb impact damages all enemies in a 2m/3m/4m/5m radius Enemies downed by cosmic blast are opened up to finshers. Cosmic energy meter will be filled based on damage done by Cosmic Blast Damage is affected by ability strength, implosion and damage radius is affected by ability range Synergy Hitting enemies that are amplified by amplifier will grant more charge to the cosmic meter,on top of being able to deal more damage. Ability 2 Amplifier Energy cost 50 Emits strong energy waves that will amplify enemies caught by the wave, causing them to take more damage from Cosmicam's abilities. Details Spoiler Amplified damage bonus: 10%/15%/20%/25% Cosmic blast cosmic energy charge bonus 10%/15%/20%/25% The wave will have an intinial radius of 5m/10m/15m/20m, which will expand out at 1m per second for 5/6/7/8 seconds Initial range of the wave is affected by ability range Wave expansion duration is affected by ability duration Amplified damage is affected by ability strength, but bonus charge for cosmic energy from using cosmic blast is not affected by ability strength Synergy Hitting amplified enemies with Cosmic blast will grand more charge to the cosmic meter,on top of being able to deal more damage Ability 3 Cosmic link Energy cost 50 Allows Cosmicam to attach a link to enemies or an ally,at the cost of some cosmic energy meter alongside warframe energy. Details Spoiler Uses 20% cosmic energy per cast Link duration is affected by ability duration. Cast range is affected by ability range. Attaching to an ally will grant Cosmicam and the ally he attached to a weapon damage buff Damage buff is affected by ability strength. Attaching to an enemy will cause them to deal less damage, while at the same time, allow Cosmicam and his allies to deal more damage to the linked enemy. Cosmicam can link to multiple enemies at once, provided if he has the Cosmic energy to do so. Cosmic link can only be linked to 1 ally, but you can link and ally and enemies at the same time. Self and ally damage buff is 20%/25%/30%/40%,buff will be multiplicative. Damage reduction from linked enemies will be 20%/30%/40%/50%,and will be capped at 90% with ability strength, enemy damage vulnerability will be 20%/25%/30%/40% Link duration will be 15/20/25/30 Damage reduction and vulnerability is affected by ability strength. Ability 4 Cosmic Storm Energy cost 50 Drains all of Cosmicam's cosmic energy and unleashes a violent cosmic storm, dealing radiation damage plus additional damage based on the amount of cosmic energy drained to enemies in a large area as well as giving them a long lasting radiation proc. Details Spoiler Base damage is 800/1000/1200/1500 Gains additional damage based on percentage of cosmic energy drained at a rate of 20/30/40/50 damage per percent of cosmic energy Radiation proc lasts 10s/15s/20s/25s Range of storm is 10m/15m/20m/25m Storm range is affected by ability range Damage and damage per % of cosmic energy is affected by ability strength Radiation proc duration is affected by ability duration. DarthIronclad
Added in values of abilities, no idea if they are too op or underpowered...will edit base on feedback.
Steru
It doesn't say how much cosmic energy is required to cast cosmic storm. Cosmic link can be attached to more than 1 enemies, but it doesn't say if it could be attached to more than 1 ally and it could be to both allies and enemies at the same time. I just want a clarification: amplified enemies hit with cosmic blast give additional cosmic energy to what cosmic blast would do anyway (considering the higher damage from Amplifier)? Numbers about cosmic energy in general? Edited October 15, 2019 by Steru
DarthIronclad
For example, you hit a non amplified enemy with cosmic blast and that charges your cosmic energy by 10% hitting an amplified enemy will allow you to do 25% more damage with cosmic blast, along with another 25% from the synergy bonus, totaling 50%,so hitting an amplified enemy will charge your meter by 15% instead of the normal 10%
keikogi
Formating man, this is hard to read. Steru
I did some math and with a 200% power strength build, every enemy hit by Amplifier and then Cosmic blast will charge 28% of Cosmic energy's bar, so 4 enemies hit would fill the bar from 0 (without the help of other warframes abilities that could improve damage output) Idk if the general idea was to use Blast many or just a few times to fill the bar, so i thought some math could be helpfull Edited October 15, 2019 by Steru
DarthIronclad
You are meamt to use his 1 and 2 to fill up his bar, and then you can keep the bar full for Dr or use his 3 or 4 which will consume energy form the bar for support with his 3 or a nuke/cc with his 4.
