Mod Drop Chance Booster doesn't seem to apply to secret lab mods.

Got one of these boosters from sortie and decided it would be a good excuse to grind for these mods.  Did a whole lot of runs and got all of the other mods in their table, but hot the big four - Odomedic, Kavat's Grace, Anti-Grav Array and Gale Kick.  Checked the drop tables just to be sure I wasn't making some kind of mistake, and it seems those four are in their own specific drop table separate from the "real" mod drop table for those units.

I can't be 100% sure (because, you know, statistics), but I've done enough runs to feel pretty certain that the booster isn't having an effect on this particular "Additional Item Drop Chance", which is normally only used for things like Power Cells and Sentient Cores, so I feel like this might just be an oversight regarding these four specific mods.
