Add requem relics to lich nodes.

Currently aside from gathering some intel for the lich, the new "blood infested" tiles simply offer nothing. So adding let's say a 30% chance to drop the new relics would be a major improvement.

I'm genuinely surprised they don't, honestly. As it stands, there's very little incentive to play those missions besides gibbing a few Eximus units, while the actual Lich-killing system takes place on entirely separate nodes.
