Optimising download cache isnt acknowledged after finishing and repeats the request everytime its restarted.

1. Right clicks warframe shortcut -> run as administrator
2. warframe launcher checks for updates
3. Launcher then asks if i want to optimise download cache (540 megabytes)
4. I answer yes to optimise, (waits 2-5 minutes to complete).
5. It completes 0-100% without issue. Can play the game.
6. Restart launcher and get asked the same question again (optimise 540 megabytes)

I've been stuck in this loop for the last 2 weeks.
I havent tried reinstalling yet, but i will if i still get this message after the next update. Wondering if anyone has any insights into whats up though?

Happened to me and others. Warframe's optimize have a problem, it fails to optimize both DX10 and DX11 at the same time.

Launcher settings, switch to DX10, press OK, optimize, open launcher settings, switch to DX11, press OK, and optimize. Does this fix your problem?
