Acrid Fireing Sound

It's spitting out POISON biological thing, it should sound like that. Are you going to put Dera sound on Acrid?

Have to agree. It sounds a bit overexaggerated/comical.

 

The bio rifle from UT04 is practically the same type of weapon (green-goo shooter) except it sounds a lot more on the realistic side.

I'd like it if it sounded more like a kind of quiet "zip" sound mostly of the needle leaving the gun/traveling through the air, would probably sound similar to the sound of a traveling bullet from a silenced pistol or something, rather than the squelching noises it makes now, make it play a kind of like..refill/air seal noise when you reload it.

Perhaps DE might want to consider Syringe Gun from TF2's Medic class. It got a pretty good sound for a weapon with that concept, which is kinda similar to the Acrid. But I still prefer the sound it makes now.
