Mission Failed on the way to the dojo. Rewards are gone

We had done the Sentient Mission and we did it.
On the way to the dojo, the Mission screen failed and now everything I have collected is gone, including the rare Shedu.
I want the request replaced because it's hard to get something like that

My game glitched out and proceeded to crash my pc. Shedu barrel and handle drops from the mission are gone of cause. after waiting 9 hours to enter a sentient ship again because previous mission nodes where glitched, I am little upset.
