Good frames/weapons for Specters?

Never really bothered with them until now, but I've been seeing a couple of them working to pretty good effect guarding the Railjack lately, so I decided to make this my next "Project"

Don't really have a specific role in mind.

Nidus as base for specter is preеty good. Nearly immortal specter. Harrow good chose too, beacause he can help with mana regen. As for weapons... You mat look at Amprex but it's a matter of taste and results of tests in game.

Octavia with a good CC primary (Zarr and Synoid Simulor are both strong) works great as a useful specter that won't get killed right away.  Definitely a great combo to pop during missions, especially when things are getting crazy.

Nidus, Harrow, and Trinity are also great!  I haven't checked the last few frames and am suddenly curious about Hildy)

Since the frames and the weapons for specters are unmodded,

I go with wisp, Trinity, and nidus.

For weapons because of the ai aiming I use shotguns/aoe weapons

I haven't tried too many specter combinations, but my last one was Trinity + Astilla, which is fairly effective. You get heals, free energy, and decent AoE Slash damage.
