Aura244 Posted December 23, 2019 Share Posted December 23, 2019 It occurs when you Alt+Tab right when you switch loadouts while using Navigation. Whether it's specific to the Navigation on Relays (Strata Relay specifically) is unknown. It doesn't just affect Ivara Prime.
