Loki switch-teleported me out of the Extraction zone

I thought this kind of trolling had been removed, so I'm guessing this is a bug.  I was in the Ceres junkyard tileset, and the specific Extraction area I was in was the one that doesn't really look like it's an Extraction area at all, since it's a big wide open space; it looks like a giant, wide docking area, with the rest of the level you cam from on one side and a big vast void on the other.  And the extraction point itself is just an arbitrary area in the middle; you wouldn't recognize it as being different than the rest of the dock without the navigation marker.

I had just swapped from my Operator back to Chroma Prime when i got teleported by Loki Prime.  Potentially work noting it was a level 80 or so Lich-controlled Mission?
