Please Add Railjack/Archwing Slingshot tab into the Steam Controller UI.

Oh, and fix leaving the tactical menu staying on the menu tab if I'm in pilot mode, or turret. Also please fix chat not opening in menus if I was in a turret when I opened said menu.

I need slingshot aim sensitivity to be closer to my other settings, which are at 7 on PC.  The default of 50 appears to be hard coded into the slingshot, which is way too sensitive for my mouse settings.  So PC users also need a way to scale that sensitivity (or scale to your existing control settings).

Other than Railjack piloting all of my settings are at 0 for sensitivity, and the SC handles the rest. It's motion sickness inducing when I get in slingshot, or turrets.
