Can’t see other players

Whenever I got to relay or maroos and I join a busy server, it’s completely empty stopping me from trading and thus ruining my gaming experience. 
 

Edit: I’ve also changed regions, reset router, and changed ports but nothing has happened so what should I do? Would deleting and reinstalling the game work?

Edit: I’ve delete the game and nothing has happened.
