Failed to connect to chat server

So I was just copy/pasting my trade stuff like usual around 30 mins ago and all of a sudden it says "failed to connect to chat server." I closed the program and opened and still says that. I don't think it would be chat ban because I don't make any rude comments/msgs towards others. Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? Any help/feedback is appreciated, thanks!

Same here, tried relogging and rebooting. No avail. I guess its a general issue.

Note: Am on PC.
