Having some problems with my cpu at the moment and im starting to get paranoid that my system is under performing by a lot. Whats your in game frames with everything maxed at 1080p running hydron / taveuni with a full squad?

I usually get ~350 fps in orbiter and dropping down to like 90-100 fps while running hydron, and today i even dropped down to 60 fps multiple times at taveuni.

System specs:

Ryzen 7 2700 ( stock )

g.skill tridentz 16gb 3000mhz

b450 aorus elite

rtx 2080 S oc 8gb

samsung evo 970 plus

750w psu

gpu temps never exceed 60c and cpu average ~33-37c while gaming ( 240mm AIO )

Depends on what's going on on the screen, but I think I got some old screenshots somewhere around here...

Usually jumps between 150-200, sometimes goes over 300, and sometimes below 100.

Worst drop so far was in RJ when it dropped from 100+ to ~40 after firing that seeker swarm.

I got my PC hooked up to my TV as I literally got no monitor, and no money to buy one. my TV's resolution is 1366x768.

If I'm the host, 200+, if not, ~100-150

Game is on the HDD. No idea what the other components are called...

Never measured the temperature, but given the volume increase of my fans when playing I'd guess it's somewhere around 60, which is normal as far as I'm aware.

My box is pretty similar, main differences being a 2700X that won the chip lottery and a 1080ti GPU. Memory is 16gigs of 3000Mhz Corsair Vengeance. Storage is a 1Tb Samsung M.2 EVO Plus. Mobo is an Asrock X470. PSU, for what it's worth, is a Lian-Li PE750. CPU cooler is a Corsair H100i.

Frame rates are pretty similar, too. I don't think I've ever seen it drop below 75fps on my present rig, even in very crowded relays on Baro weekends. That's at 3440x1440 resolution.

I don't specifically recall temps, but my main concern was that this box run cooler than its predecessor (4790K/TitanX), which it does.

Keep in mind that hardware does age and there's a fair amount of variation between even nominally identical parts.

A quick run on Hydron with Octavia and the now omni-present nuisance of a teammate with that kuva bow netted framerates between 125-180 at peak action. Temps peaked at 57C for the CPU and 84C for the GPU. It is a SFF rig, so it does run hotter than a full tower.
