We're getting the ability to dismantle Arcanes , Right ???? RIght ???

So far I've seen no mentions anywhere of dismantling your arcane with the upcoming patch ?

Since you're switching from a 10 arcane system to max to a 21 arcane system., there has to be a system in place to dismantle our partially leveled arcanes into individual ones so we can fuse them back together ... Otherwise it'll be just a terrible mess.. I myself have tons of partially leveled arcanes, last thing I want is to be forced do tons of trade to get rid of my half-leveled ones in exchange for non-fused ones I could use on my lvl 3+ arcanes

I am really hoping for this change as well.

Many people have 2 of the same maxed, not being able to dismantle one to rank up the other to r5 would be a huge pain.

Same, also have tons of half-done arcanes, since I would simply fuse together my unneeded arcane duplicates to try and make another maxed one I could maybe sell or dual-equip. All these half-done arcanes will not be combinable with my existing full-10 sets otherwise, forcing me to sell half finished sets, which would really , really , reaaaaaallyyyy suck.
