Railjack doors as a client are infuriating

Every single time I go through one it's guaranteed that there will be some sort of delay before I'm allowed to pass. Visually, they open just fine, but there is ALWAYS an invisible door still sitting there that doesn't open. Like on other tilesets doors can have delayed openings, but it's always pretty consistent with the host's ping; in the Railjack, it can be anywhere from half a second of running into an invisible unopened door, to five seconds, on the same host. It's maddening.

If they were intangible, would that create any issues? It's obviously not stopping anything from loading, because the model for the door opens instantly and everything beyond is fully loaded in. So what's the point of them even having collision? You can't teleport everywhere, and I should be able to traverse it normally when I'm not the host.
