Resources and plat not refunded when destroying dojo room...Is this normal?

Since our clan built the drydock we've been wanting to deconstruct and reorient it so it fits better. We read on the wikia that all resources, including the plat used to rush the room, would be refunded when deconstructing, so we could rebuild immediately. Well...he tried this morning, and the clan got nothing back. No resources, no plat..... Is this a bug, or intentional. He put in a ticket, however we had to scramble to rush the room again. We are a large Rank 11 moon clan, and this really set us back.

Is this something unique to the drydock, or just a bug?

If the clan vault did not get back any of those then it is definitely a bug.

Would we be able to get the resources and plat back through a support ticket? I'm hopeful, but being realistic.

the ressources go into the clan vault, you can use them for new construction, but can't get them "back". the plat you used for rushing is... well... gone.

We got nothing back. The wikia said we'd also get the plat back as well, but that's not as important as the actual resources. Clan leader said he put in a ticket, early this morning, and I just checked the clan vault, and we're still running on empty. Feelsbuggyman.
