WHen u have +100% sc on melee weapon u can proc more then 1 status with 1 attack, but ll it do double damage too ?

Pretty much, basically you'll have 2 procs running at the same time.

if you apply Slash twice, then yes.
the extra Status Effects are random just like the first though.
