A Green lantern inspired frame? I would say this would be some sort of spatial manipulator maybe he could create floating floors or spawn ammo (please this would be so useful...), or a spaceship with a BFG that shoots doom lasers that teammates could pilot. But ults for his rock fists or shower explosive boulders at enemies. Would be esp usefull against the high level mobs. Make him a true tank.
