Aura244 Posted May 13, 2020 Share Posted May 13, 2020 (edited) This happened twice. Both had one similar thing happen before the doors jammed and that was that the Glass Maker fissure thing spawned. The doors in the Pulse Turbine aside from the entry door remained shut and unopenable. I assumed it was tied to host desyncs but I recently ran some solo missions and I had that issue appear several times, with or without glass rifts.
