Vanquished lich returns some taxes

Star Chart Influence and Rewards Tax section on warframe.fandom.com makes the following statement:

"Everything the player loses through Reward Tax will only be reclaimed after they have defeated the Kuva Lich."

Returned values of taxed rewards are less than the amount taken. In specific, an endo cache reward was claimed in entirety on a single mission. Cache was 600 endo, probably from lich multiplier as in disruption rewards. Upon defeat of that lich, only 160 endo was reclaimed. Other values do not seem to add up correctly such as kuva, but I don't have a specific example of this yet. The rank 5 lich, Pebunn Bibugrel, took well over 160 endo during the entire process of defeating it. This makes me question what other rewards are never being returned.

Upon further investigation, it appears that liches can steal caches but don't return them. Whether they include mods, resources, or currency.
