TheGrimCorsair Posted June 19, 2020 Share Posted June 19, 2020 (edited) Stropha's Heavy Attack does not benefit from building combo counter to increase the damage of the heavy attack. Stropha's Heavy Attack damage is, when used, identical to its normal attack damage, and not the damage shown in the arsenal. Stropha appears to apply Impact procs far too frequently, and virtually never applies Slash procs with its normal attacks even when heavily weighted to do so according to the arsenal UI.
